Director of brightspace is Paul Pinson. Paul is the only executive coach in Scotland with his unique background, perspective, experience and skill set.

Over the last 20 years he has been working as an artist, businessman and creative leader. He also has worked as a business mentor for the last 7 years with Business Gateway.

Paul is a graduate of the Postgraduate course in Executive Coaching at Strathclyde University.

He is also a member of The Association for Coaching and The European Mentoring and Coaching Council - the foremost industry bodies promoting ethics and competencies within the coaching profession.

Recent clients include: Standard Life, the investment bank Martin Currie, The City of Edinburgh Council, Napier University, Queen Margaret University, The State Hospitals Board for Scotland (NHS), and leading design agency Contagious. Paul also delivers Strathclyde University Business School coaching qualifications for senior managers through CFM Consulting.

As Artistic Director of one of Scotland’s most respected and acclaimed theatre companies - BOILERHOUSE - Paul has created some of the most unique productions in recent Scottish theatre history. These have taken place in a range of extraordinary locations both local and international ranging from a Pacific oceanfront to the Formula 1 circuit in Monaco and include the largest ever audience for a Scottish theatre company. Throughout this period he led his own business and inspired large and diverse teams in the pursuit of a common goal.

With this background Paul offers a fresh and uniquely different perspective on you and your organisation - a perspective forged in the exposed and very public world of international theatre, where his standard of delivery has been judged live by many thousands of people and read about by many millions more
